Facilitates and supports all scrum events/ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective & Backlog Refinement. Demonstrate Servant-leadership by way of coaching, consulting, mentoring, and supporting Agile teams assigned to Product Dev, Business & Ops Team. Manage & Facilitate Scrum of Scrums event/ceremony with multiple scrum teams/feature. Your profile 4 - 8 Years of experience. Facilitation of scrum ceremonies Strong stakeholder management skills Outcome/Result driven mindset Managing agile practices in a cross-functional, multiple stream, digital application setup Able to keep morale high with innovative ideas Able to bring sustainable sprint pace and improve productivity Able to coach team, including product owner, where necessary People focused initiatives Certified Scrum Master (CSM) /Professional Scrum Master (PSM) / SAFe Scrum Master Certification is mandatory. Monitor infection control, documentation, discharge accuracy, and clinical audit outcomes. Drive NABH/NABL (as applicable) accreditation and quality initiatives across the chain. D. People, Culture & Leadership Collaborate with HR for workforce planning, competency mapping, talent development, and succession planning. Cultivate a service-driven, high-performance culture aligned with organizational values. Foster collaboration between clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure cohesive center operations. E. Patient Experience & Service Excellence Champion patient satisfaction across all touchpoints – registration, consultation, billing, follow-up. Monitor clinical and non-clinical quality indicators including patient satisfaction, feedback systems, grievance redressal, and incident tracking. Develop SOPs and training modules for continuous quality improvement and service excellence. Ensure adherence to NABH, JCI, and other regulatory & clinical quality standards. F.
